1 General Terms & Conditions

Hot51 An internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between hot51 and its users. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you automatically agree to these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users in every region where hot51 operates, including Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration

• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Live bets are accepted up until the start of a match or event. In-play betting is also available after an event has begun.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, hot51 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

Odds Changes

Betting odds are subject to change at any time. The odds applicable to your bet are those in effect at the moment it is placed — any subsequent changes will not affect your existing bet.

Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit applies within a given period. This limit may vary depending on the game type and bet amount. Contact support for more details.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: depends on the payment method used.
• Deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed instantly.
• Funds will be credited to your account directly after a successful deposit. For failed transactions, please contact support.

Withdrawal

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–4 hours.
• Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be subject to delays.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit (in accordance with our anti-money laundering policy).

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Hot51All bonuses and promotional offers on - are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to these terms.

Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn (typically 10–30x the bonus amount).
• Only bets placed on eligible games will count toward the wagering requirement.

Reload & Cashback Bonuses

• Reload bonuses are available on specific days or during promotional periods.
• Cashback is typically calculated on a weekly or monthly basis.
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it reaches its expiry date.

Bonus Abuse

Strategic betting designed to exploit the bonus system — such as placing opposing bets to secure risk-free profits — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus may be voided and the account suspended.

6 Prohibited Activities

Hot51 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in an attempt to defraud the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Match Fixing: Betting on fixed matches or participating in match fixing.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a chargeback with your bank after making a deposit.
• System Hacking: Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Using Another Person's Information: Opening an account using someone else's identity.

If any of the above activities are detected, hot51 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit any deposited funds, and pursue legal action where necessary.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Hot51 may close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violating the terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• Upon receiving an order from a court or regulatory authority.

Account Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closure. Self-exclusion is also available under our Responsible Gaming policy.

8 Limitation of Liability

Hot51 is not liable for the following:

• Losses due to internet connection interruptions.
• Faults caused by third-party software or hardware.
• A bet failing to process due to technical issues.
• Any disappointment or financial loss arising from betting outcomes.

The maximum liability limit will be determined in accordance with applicable law. hot51 is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages under any circumstances.

9 Changes & Amendments

Hot51 We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email.
• An introductory message will be displayed on the platform.
• Updated terms take effect from the date the changes are made.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
